We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Sales Support Manager (Specialist) to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will provide essential support to our global sales teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient operations, and seamless coordination across regions. Your work will directly contribute to reducing single-use plastics worldwide through innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between global sales teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Assist account managers globally by preparing quotes, managing inquiries, and distributing tailored sales materials.
- Support the development of new global programs and products.
- Advocate for sustainability by educating clients about the environmental benefits of our products.
Operational Coordination:
- Manage CRM data (Salesforce), track sales pipelines, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including GPS (Global Program Success), marketing, and customer service, to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to execute projects efficiently.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Qualify opportunities and act as a trusted advisor.
- Track leads through the sales pipeline and support lead generation campaigns globally.
- Schedule meetings for sales managers and maintain alignment on goals and priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales support or customer service role, ideally within a global organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian (written and spoken). Proficiency in Portuguese, French, or other European languages is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging solutions or experience in the fashion and footwear industry.
- Experience working in international teams.
- Passion for sustainability and reducing single-use plastics.
