The Job

As the new Presales Representative, you will be in charge of making outbound calls and responding to emails and inquiries in a timely manner. You will maintain a good relationship with the company's existing clients while also seeking out new potential clients.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding client inquiries and detect and establish new business possibilities in selected market area.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business opportunities.
  • Retain and grow the existing base of customers.
  • Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs.

The Profile

  • You speak Norwegian at a native level, and you are fluent in English (B2) - big advantage if you also speak Danish and/or Swedish!
  • Previous sales experience in managing your own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients.
  • A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and Microsoft Office are desirable. You have strong technical abilities and can quickly understand complex scientific concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. Passionate about sales and creating strong relations, with a desire to learn and develop.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
