Presales Engineer

1. Provide PV inverter and other product solutions and technical support;

2. Participate in customer relationship development, business negotiation, etc., and assist in achieving sales objectives;

3. At least 3 years of experience in solution or technical support within the photovoltaic or energy storage field;

4. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as working language, plus points for multiple languages;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years’ experience in digital energy solutions or technical support; experience in product development is preferred.
2. Proficient in English as a working language; native proficiency in the local language; multilingual abilities are an asset.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, responsive to customer feedback, and able to meet customer needs promptly.
4. Adaptability to cross-cultural work environments.
