Responsibilities
Participate in the preparation and provision of high-quality generic product, services, regulatory and strategy presentations at seminars, conferences, and trade shows.
Participate in technical SLA and contract negotiation.
Participate in customer meetings with account managers, design, specify, and advise on the most suitable communications solution to satisfy enterprise customer needs.
Responsible for technical solution design and validation in the whole project life cycle.
Execute efficient communications with customers as the technical point of contact.
Manage the project scope boundary, identify the risks in the presale stage, and manage the identified risks.
Interact with multiple internal teams including sales, product managers, network engineers, and procurement managers, as well as external teams such as technical teams of partners and subcontractors.
Specific presales technical tasks assigned by the management team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the IT & Telecom market.
Solid technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN; familiarity with ICT, Cloud, and IDC preferred.
Experience in ICT pre-sales support or related is a Nice-to-Have.
Profound project management and communication skills.
Excellent self-motivated team player and quick adaptation to a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English, and Mandarin.
