PACKAGING TRAINEE STUDENT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Global Packaging Team in the collection and management of packaging technical data from internal and external networks.
• Organise and maintain the data first in Excel, then create interface with PowerBI.
• Compile data for the Packaging KPIs.
• Create packaging specification templates.
• Structure packaging specifications.
• Develop tools to extract packaging trends from data (PowerBI).
• Support Global Packaging Team in creating comprehensive and visually attractive Packaging Catalogues.
• Create packaging technology overviews.
• Support in the creation of Supplier Information Catalogues, documenting manufacturing and packaging related capabilities at suppliers.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute ideas.
• Engage in productive and open communication with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate confidence in presenting ideas and sharing perspectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must have “Convenio de Practicas” contract signed with a school relevant to this position.
• Degree in STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) field (or currently studying).
• Languages: English (advanced), Spanish (advanced). Day-to-day business will be conducted in a mix of English and Spanish.
• Packaging development experience is a plus.
• Data/database management.
• PowerBI modelling would be a plus.
• Microsoft Office 365 package: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Advanced Excel, experience with Visual Basic is a plus.
• Power Automate/PowerApps knowledge is a plus.
