About the Role

Are you passionate about improving the lives of small business owners? Do you love the intensity that comes with building & training high-performance sales teams?

At Community Phone, we’re on a mission to become the most customer-obsessed phone company in America. As a Senior Sales Manager for our B2B Go-to-Market team, you’ll combine your dedication to small businesses with your expertise in sales to help us scale 10x over the next three years by building and leading your own sales team.

Your team will engage and educate small business owners and their staff (‘Mom and Pop’ businesses, often fewer than 15 employees) on how Community Phone can transform their operations, save them money, and grow their business. Your team will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, driving conversion, and ensuring onboarding.

We are also looking for someone with prior experience in Self-Service and PLG motions. Many of our customers want to speak to a sales person to help them purchase, but there's also a large group that would rather purchase through an online check-out. We want to service the customer however they prefer, and we are looking for a leader who can build two distinct selling channels.

Responsabilidades

  1. Build and Lead a High-Performance Team: Recruit, hire, and train an elite B2B sales team, composed of motivated, high-energy individuals. Set the standard—both in behavior and execution—by leading with intensity, clarity, and purpose.
  2. Accelerate Performance: Create a high-efficiency sales engine by developing streamlined workflows, scalable knowledge bases, and tailored messaging campaigns.
  3. Generate and Convert Leads: Engage, qualify, and convert cold prospect lists into leads— and ultimately —loyal customers.
  4. Execute with Precision Metrics: Own and crush KPIs: speed to lead, connect rate, qualified rate, team variance, close rate, ARPU, and 90-day product activation rate.
  5. Test, Adapt, Dominate: Run bold experiments to refine outreach methods, messaging, and cadences.
  6. Close the Feedback Loop: Gather insights from real conversations with prospects back to marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  7. Relentlessly Accountable: Own your team’s quota like it’s your personal mission.
  8. A True Architect of Excellence: Train, coach, and lead from the trenches, ensuring every rep understands not just what to say but why it matters.

Total compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include (but are not limited to) job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 135,000 USD per year (Argentina)

25,000 - 50,000 USD per year (Egypt)

140,000 - 160,000 USD per year (United States)

40,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Spain)
