Job Opportunity : Client Services Assistant (April-September)

We are a small family-run relocation business seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional English proficiency and client service skills to join our team for the busy months of April to September.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany clients to banks and city hall for registrations.
  • Manage and update documents using Google Docs.
  • Research housing options and assist in flat searches.
  • Fill out basic data for lease contracts and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in Spain legally.
  • Own a vehicle for transportation.
  • Availability to work twice a week on-site and during the month of August.

Preferred Qualities

  • Previous experience in customer service or relocation services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic legal or administrative procedures related to housing or contracts.
