We are a small family-run relocation business seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional English proficiency and client service skills to join our team for the busy months of April to September.
Key Responsibilities
Accompany clients to banks and city hall for registrations.
Manage and update documents using Google Docs.
Research housing options and assist in flat searches.
Fill out basic data for lease contracts and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in Spain legally.
Own a vehicle for transportation.
Availability to work twice a week on-site and during the month of August.
Preferred Qualities
Previous experience in customer service or relocation services is a plus.
Familiarity with basic legal or administrative procedures related to housing or contracts.
