Our client is a rapidly growing company in the mobility sector, specializing in advanced embedded systems and electronics solutions. Your responsibilities will be:

1. Lead a team and play a crucial role in developing mobility systems
2. Lead R&D projects for analog and power electronics systems from concept to mass production
3. Design and simulate electronic hardware
4. Develop and validate signal sensing, processing circuits, and high-voltage/high-power converter boards
5. Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize high-density mixed signals and high-power boards
6. Ensure compliance with automotive and safety standards
7. Create test procedures and verifying hardware designs
8. Document designs, schematics, test records, and specifications

Skills and Qualifications:

1. BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in team leadership
3. 12+ years of experience in power electronics hardware design (at least 3-5 years in the automotive sector)
4. Strong knowledge of analog electronics development and high-power conversion systems
5. Proficiency in ORCAD design tools (Capture and Allegro) and simulation tools like SPICE/LTSPICE/PSIM

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with electromagnetic field simulation tools
2. Strong technical documentation and specification writing skills
3. Knowledge of validation processes for global safety and industry standards (UL, CSA, IEC, IEEE, EU, EN)
