Your Tasks

• Contacting existing customers with active insurance policies.
• Offering insurance renewals and additional coverage for household appliances.
• Providing detailed information on warranties, policies, and coverage terms.
• Managing customer databases and handling software tools efficiently.

Your Profile

• Fluent in Portuguese.
• At least 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls, in the last 3 years.
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for results.
• A dynamic and resilient personality.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Adaptability to work under performance targets.
• Proactive, energetic, and persistent.
