General Responsibility:

As the Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the portfolio definition of the company, providing new solutions to patients. You will support the candidates' identification, project evaluation through cross-functional teams, and proposing the selected candidates to the board. This role involves close collaboration with the Business Development team and other external departments.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify and evaluate new business opportunities worldwide
• Conduct in-depth market research and therapeutic area analysis
• Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and propose creative solutions or business models in a timely manner
• Coordinate transversal teams and solve problems and doubts during the project evaluation
• Provide regular reports on progress and opportunities
• Support in any other activities required in the Business Development Department

Requirements and Personal Skills:

• Languages: Spanish and English (advanced level)
• Experience: 1-2 years in Pharma industry, preferably in business development (generic business)
• Specific Knowledge: Excel skills, data analysis
• Travels: No (occasional to 1-2 conferences/year)
• Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive, goal-oriented approach with a high level of self-motivation, driven approach towards decision making, ability to work independently and within a team is a must. Good organizational skills and problem-solving.
