About the role

Supplies (JIT) FG product from production to customer. Secures storage and distribution of FG product. (Re-) allocates demanded FG stock in IDC’s or local warehouses and develops performance of department and its individuals.

What you will do

• Is a Role Model for Safety
• Secure safety and hygiene and people management according to Essity principles (GPS; 1:1)
• Manage, develop & coach Supply service team and FG Warehouse team
• Develop and improve KPI e.g. stock level, service level.
• Continuously improve warehouse activities and balance cost and capacity (also with external logistic service provider)
• Initiate and improve activities within supply chain and support and implement change of processes
• Negotiate supply service with logistic partners (in- and external) and maintain contacts
• Prepare and follow-up part of logistic budget
• Own supply service improvement projects
• Allocate demanded stock based on agreed stock location
• Implement optimized distribution network together with customers
• Own pallet movement and pallet cost
• Own ISO documentation within Supply service department
• Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within their department

Who you are

• 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse and planning
• Bachelor's degree as Industrial Engineer, Logistics or similar
• English level: Intermediate to advanced
• Microsoft Office
• SAP
• Ideally 5S or TPM knowledge
