HUGO BOSS is currently selecting a Planner & Operations Coordinator Wholesale 40h (m/f/x) for the Wholesale department.
As a Planner & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing wholesale operations and planning processes in WHS. This position ensures efficient coordination between internal teams, commercial teams, and key wholesale partners ECI (El Corte Inglés), supporting the achievement of sales and profitability targets through effective supply chain management. Direct report to Key Account Manager in Wholesale.
Conditions:
- Permanent contract. 40 hours per week. Immediate incorporation.
- Office hours, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00; Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.
- Possibility of hybrid work.
What you can expect:
- Key Account Coordination:
- Assist the wholesale sales team in maintaining relationships with key wholesale partners (El Corte Inglés), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee order processing, inventory management, and delivery schedules to meet partner expectations.
- Planning and Forecasting:
- Monitor sales performance and adjust plans as necessary to optimize stock levels and meet demand.
- Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and supply chain teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans, mainly in the NOS replenishment program.
- Work closely with key partners to recommend the most optimal inventory management solutions, including proposing stock transfers and stock replenishment strategies.
- Operations Management:
- Coordinate with logistics and GSO (Global Subsidiary Operations) teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Address any operational issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the supply chain.
- Manage and streamline the online order process, ensuring efficient handling and fulfillment to enhance the partner's digital sales performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational efficiency.
- Sales Support:
- Support the sales team during selling campaigns by offering informed sales recommendations derived from comprehensive sales analysis.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer data and market trends.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, fashion merchandising, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape in the fashion business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with fashion retail buyers and industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively sell our fashion products to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the fashion business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market trends and consumer preferences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software/tools.
- Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience working with El Corte Inglés is a plus.
