Customer Engagement Strategy Manager, Travel Unit

Would you like to excel your expertise leading strategic marketing projects? This is your role!

As Customer Engagement Strategy Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Strategy & Planning Team in TU and you will play a key role in driving specific customer engagement initiatives and activities. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end customer engagement strategies per customer segment to harmonize and simplify customer experience across the customer journey, build meaningful relationships, foster engagement and loyalty, and drive long-term value.

Main Responsibilities

  • E2E Customer Engagement Strategy: Take a performance-oriented approach to develop end-to-end customer engagement strategy per customer segment to harmonize customer experience across the customer journey, build meaningful relationships, foster engagement and loyalty, and drive long-term value.
  • Marketing Initiatives Strategy and Operating Model: In alignment with customer engagement strategy, identify best suitable and performance-oriented marketing initiatives to deliver on TU marketing strategy objectives. Lead marketing initiative stream to provide strategic direction and guidelines to marketing delivery teams for successful and performance-driven execution.
  • Strategy Activation and Governance: Lead strategy implementation to ensure seamless activation of marketing initiatives, optimizing customer engagement, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. Establish and enforce marketing governance framework.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of work experience in strategic marketing roles such as Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager, with expertise in mapping and optimizing customer B2B journeys, engagement methodologies, and loyalty-building tactics.
  • Advanced knowledge in ABM (Account-Based Marketing), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms, customization and marketing automation, and demand and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability in making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies, performance, and future investments.
  • Proven project management skills, including leading multiple projects from initiation to completion, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail, and the ability to guide, influence, and work across organizational boundaries, with strong communication and presentation skills at both executive and peer levels.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with ambiguity, manage complex projects to success, anticipate team needs, and learn effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages are desirable.
