We are recruiting a talented People & Organization Trainee who can learn & contribute to our mission in Sandoz Iberia.

This opportunity is located at the Sandoz site in Madrid.

Your Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

1. Support in the selection of interns and carrying out activities for them (Sandoz Campus).
2. Support in D&I initiatives.
3. Support in the management of maternity and paternity leave, carry out training.
4. Support in the monthly payroll variable payments report.
5. Management, maintenance, and periodic updating of personnel data.
6. Support in various activities in the P&O area.

What You’ll bring to the role:

1. University education related to psychology, labour relations, business administration or similar.
2. MANDATORY: Currently studying a Master's degree or equivalent. Ideally related to HR.
3. MANDATORY: Possibility of generating an internship agreement with your university or school.
4. Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and Power Point).
5. Native Spanish, English Level C1.
6. We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning and autonomy.

What is in it for you?

2. Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
3. Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
4. Internship Duration: 12 months.
