WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?

At Mango Headquarters, we are looking to hire a Payroll Manager to lead from HQ offices, DACH countries Payroll systems & management.

Responsibilities

1. Manages all employee relations programs including union relations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and practices.
2. Represents the organization in contractual negotiations with unions.
3. Manages collective bargaining agreements and conciliation processes.
4. Develops and implements policies and procedures, including conciliation processes and exit interviews.
5. Responds to questions, concerns or demands presented by employees.
