THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Success Executive for our German Market in Spain!

The Longtail Partner Success Executive holds the responsibility of fostering partner success through effective management and maintenance of relationships. The primary objective of this position is to enhance partner engagement and retention by identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic support.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Support partner integration processes and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Handle partner inquiries through Zendesk.
  • Manage ticket workload and provide support to partners on Zendesk.
  • Negotiate renewal contract terms and pricing changes with partners.
  • Ensure that all partners are in compliance with the required standards and provide the correct information on the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Investigate, develop and implement strategies to improve partner retention and success.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage reports to share insights.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve savings and other objectives.
  • Support team workload management and suggest strategies to improve productivity.
  • Actively share insights and best practices with internal departments to improve collaboration and product expertise organization-wide.
  • Document key learnings and outcomes from projects and partner outreach to inform future strategy and planning.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in (key) account management.
  • Plus) experienced within the fitness industry.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Plus) Experience working in a global role, creating content that resonates across different regions and cultural contexts.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Plus) Experience with advanced data analysis and dashboards.
