About the role

We’re looking for a commercially savvy and strategic Partner Manager – Content Monetization to lead the charge in maximizing revenues from our content partners across global markets. Based at our headquarters in Barcelona, you’ll be a key driver of our content monetization strategy, owning relationships with streaming services, app publishers, and digital content providers on a global scale.

You’ll work at the intersection of content, product, and advertising - negotiating high-impact deals, designing win-win revenue models, and optimizing partner performance to grow monetization across our Smart TV / Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  1. Grow revenues / subscribers with global and regional content partners.
  2. Drive partner revenue performance by optimizing monetization models and increasing engagement on our platform.
  3. Identify new monetization opportunities with existing and prospective content partners.

Requirements

  1. 6-7 years of professional experience in business development, partner management, or content strategy, with a proven track record in CTV, streaming apps, or digital media.
  2. At least 2-3 years of direct experience working for a TV OS or SVOD content player managing their monetization activities.
  3. Strong understanding of SVOD / TVOD / AVOD / FAST business models and revenue levers to drive your main KPI: subscribers / revenues.
  4. Experience managing global or multi-regional partners.
  5. Deep knowledge of CTV content ecosystems, ad monetization, and viewer behavior.
  6. Sharp negotiation and communication skills - you know how to create value for both sides of the table.
  7. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into action.
  8. Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc.) are a plus.
