Overview :

The Client Success Associate will support the Client Success team in enhancing client satisfaction and retention. This role involves assisting with client onboarding, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities :

1. Organize, upload, and maintain content for assigned accounts, ensuring all assets and canvases are current.
2. Assist in planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and follow-backs.
3. Collaborate with the Success Manager and the Creative Team to tailor strategies to individual client needs.
4. Provide real-time feedback and expert insights on account-specific details.
5. Prepare the report for performance metrics for assigned accounts.
6. Share actionable recommendations with management to optimize both internal and external success.
7. Assist the Success Manager with client communication during off-hours, ensuring updates and tasks are followed through by the chat team.
8. Partner with the Success Manager to maintain up-to-date systems and processes that support client success.

Requirements :

1. Experience in client success, account management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on supporting creators.
2. Experience in customer service, client support, or account management roles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Familiarity with content creation platforms and trends is a plus.
