Your Role at Yuki
As an Office Coordinator, you will be part of our People & Office team. Together, we strive to be and remain the most inspiring and engaging workplace. In this role, you will ensure everything is well-organized at the office, taking care of administrative and organizational tasks to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be the face and first point of contact for the Yuki office, responsible for ensuring that all office-related processes run smoothly. You’ll ensure the office is a place where everyone feels welcome and can perform at their best, acting as the link between various departments and serving as the contact point for both employees and external contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Welcoming guests with the right dose of Yuki vibes
- Ensuring a representative appearance of the office and maintaining an organized and tidy workspace
- Coordinating happiness shots and internal events
- Running office projects
- Performing administrative tasks
- Supporting various tasks within the People & Office team
- Ensuring a sparkling place to work
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excitement about becoming a cultural ambassador
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
