At CrowdFarming we believe in a different way of producing and buying fresh food. We are a B Corp certified platform offering a transparent and sustainable supply chain, where food is bought directly from the farmers who produce it, and sent to people’s homes without intermediaries.

Currently, we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a native-level of German to strengthen our marketing team. CrowdFarming’s headquarters are located in Madrid, the Paid Media Specialist position can be hybrid from Madrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) or 100% remote from Germany (after a 3-month in-person onboarding period).

Your responsibilities:

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for CrowdFarming’s customer acquisition through planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.

This role requires 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing performance paid acquisition campaigns. Proficiency in German and English and a strong understanding of the German and European markets are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute performance paid media strategies across various channels, with a strong emphasis on social media advertising (Meta).
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research and ongoing optimization to maximize campaign performance.
  • Identify and explore new acquisition opportunities and channels to drive customer growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Close collaboration with the creative team to develop creative assets.
  • Conduct monitoring of competitors' media strategies and make recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Native-level proficiency in German, professional proficiency in English.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns, knowledge of attribution models.
  • Proven track record of driving successful and measurable results in Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the food tech sector in Germany is a plus.
