About the Opportunity
We're seeking a creative and self-motivated Video Content Creator who is skilled at producing high-quality, shareable, viral video content tailored to Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. You'll play a key role in developing and executing video content strategies that align with our brand, resonate with our target audience, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of each platform's unique style, trends, and best practices, and is able to create compelling, on-brand content that attracts and retains followers. Candidates must be able to create and edit content directly, feel comfortable starring on-camera in original content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit original video content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This includes short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) and long-form videos (YouTube videos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, etc.). Must feel comfortable in front of the camera and editing.
2. Meme Master: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Adapt trends to fit our brand while maintaining a fresh, authentic voice.
3. Content Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to create and implement video content strategies that align with company goals and drive engagement.
4. Platform Optimization: Tailor content for each platform's unique format and audience, optimizing for maximum reach, engagement, and shareability.
5. Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos with strong storytelling, clear branding, and compelling visuals. Add music, captions, graphics, and effects as needed.
6. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, engage with followers, and monitor video performance across platforms.
