Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Field Technical Support who will be responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. You will help drive revenue growth while ensuring strong customer contract retention rates and warranty conversion. Apply critical thinking to resolve instrumentation performance issues, train our customers and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems. You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention. This position is part of the Customer care located in Barcelona, Catalunya and will be remote.
