Oracle NetSuite Consultant - Spain or Italy

We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Consultant to join our team in any of the following locations: Spain or Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle NetSuite and OpenAir, with the ability to configure modules, troubleshoot issues, and provide comprehensive support. This role requires both technical and functional skills to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

Increasing Revenue: The new hire's excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities will enable them to identify and address bottlenecks in our sales processes, thereby accelerating revenue generation. Their advanced data analysis skills will also help uncover new market opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.

Improving Customer Satisfaction: With strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements, they can ensure that customer needs are translated into effective solutions. The new hire’s bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish will allow better communication with a diverse customer base, enhancing their overall experience.

Enhancing Operational Efficiency: Their experience with other ERP systems or cloud-based software will streamline our operations, reducing waste and improving productivity. The ability to work independently and as part of a team ensures that they can lead initiatives or collaborate effectively to drive process improvements.

YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle NetSuite and OpenAir modules to align with business needs and enhance system functionality. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while providing ongoing support and guidance to users. Additionally, you will develop and implement custom scripts and workflows to optimize system performance and improve business processes.

Beyond technical implementation, you will play a key role in user training, conducting sessions to ensure staff can effectively navigate and utilize the systems. You will also maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency and success.

WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience working with Oracle NetSuite and OpenAir. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder, are essential, as well as experience in configuring and customizing Oracle NetSuite and OpenAir modules. A solid understanding of business processes, functional requirements, and advanced problem-solving abilities will be key to success in this role.

Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and Oracle NetSuite certification is a plus. Experience with other ERP systems, cloud-based software, and project management is highly desirable. Strong data analysis and reporting skills will further support the ability to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
