Top Doctors is the leading company in identifying the best doctors and clinics in the world and is already present in 8 countries. We are looking for an energetic leader for the Sales Development Team "Insade Sales UK" to help achieve high Sales growth in Top Doctors. This position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Interview, train and manage the performance of the "Insade Sales UK" team and their inbound and outbound sales commitments.
  2. Ensure that the Insade Sales team consistently reaches and exceeds its targets.
  3. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.
  4. Create a culture of constant experimentation to improve the conversion of the funnel.
  5. Help create a fun, energetic environment where people love to come to work.
  6. Motivate team members through creative incentives.
  7. Work closely with the sales leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
  8. Supervise the correct and constant use of sales technology including Microsoft Dynamics and other prospecting tools.
  9. Analyze to detect areas of opportunity in the operation.
  10. Deliver reports and monthly closings.
  11. Develop measurement and reporting models for goal monitoring.
  12. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  13. Evaluate, analyze, design, and improve reports.

Outcomes:

  1. Ensure 100% OKR attainment for all in the most effective and efficient way.
  2. Prepare reporting to the Sales leadership team and based on the data share ideas and best practices to optimize the funnel conversion and "Insade Sales UK" activities.

What You Need To Succeed:

  1. Minimum 4 years experience in call center (+2 years as coordinator).
  2. Sales campaign experience (preferably banking or telecommunications).
  3. Knowledge of KPI's (sales indicators).
  4. Teamwork, sales process, quality.
  5. Database management and analysis.
  6. Leadership and management skills.
  7. Frustration tolerance.
  8. Fostering a positive work culture.
  9. Developing sales skills.
  10. Problem solving and teamwork.
  11. Consistent track record of quota achievement as an individual contributor.
  12. At least 2 years of experience managing teams.
  13. Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs.
  14. Experience with CRM software (Dynamics preferred).
  15. Experience with Excel.
  16. Bilingual English - Spanish.
