Operations Manager

In this occasion, we need an Operations Manager to join the company in our logistics centre in Henares Area, as part of the Operations department.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

• Manage a team of operations team leaders and an overall operations team between 80-100 employees.
• Ensure high quality and high volume productivity in the Last Mile and Middle Mile process.
• Manage and execute for defined metrics and quality, maintain clear metrics on our investigation handling volumes, performance and decision quality.
• Analyze the key level of the business to identify trends and proactively take action to eliminate root cause defects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Work to build a continuous improvement environment and customer-centric culture.
• You will be responsible for Inbound schedule.
• Accountable for managing new projects.
• Plan the weekly workload according to operational needs, establishing priorities to achieve the set goals.

Well, what will the requirements be?

• 3-5 years of experience leading an operational organization in a global environment.
• Ability to source and analyze data to drive business strategies and decisions.
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping and design thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both remotely and face to face.
• Commitment to customer experience, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team and cross-functional environment.
• Advanced office tools: Office, Excel, Power BI.
