Oncology Value & Access Lead

Remote in Spain

The Oncology V&A Lead is responsible for the design, planning and execution of local Market Access and Evidence Strategy for Menarini Stemline current and future portfolio of innovative therapies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep and current understanding of the therapeutic area;
• Develop trusted external relationships with key Scientific Societies, influencers, payers, decision makers, networks;
• Design & refresh local Market Access Plans, including Value Proposition and Key Messages, as part of Brand planning;
• Build negotiation strategies, P&R HTA Dossiers and execute on them;
• Agree and implement the integrated evidence generation plan in collaboration with other internal / external research teams;
• Collaborate and support PAGs;
• Ensure full integration of activities with Global / Europe;
• Train and develop colleagues as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Oncology market access role with direct product responsibility.
• Ideally any STEM / Life sciences background with specialisation in HTA, health economics and / or market access (Master)

Functional / Technical Competencies

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Current understanding of oncology payers landscape and decision-making processes in Spain
• Expert of key HTA methodologies and pricing
• Project management consolidated experience
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Ability to work cross functionally on a large number of projects
• Autonomy, solutions-oriented, scientific rigour;
• Strong communication skills (written and oral);
• Leadership over large investments and an array of external partners and vendors
• External impact and influence
• Innovator with ability and fluidity to adapt to changing environment
