About the Role

As a Full-Cycle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. Your mission will be to expand Maite.ai’s impact in law firms, consultancies, accounting firms, and corporate legal departments, helping legal professionals integrate AI into their daily work.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate leads in the legal sector.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline: qualification, demos, and contract closures.
• Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations to law firms, consultancies, and corporate legal teams.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring each client fully understands Maite.ai’s value.
• Leverage AI and advanced tools to optimize the sales process and improve conversion rates.
• Follow up and manage clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate directly with marketing and product teams to continuously improve client acquisition.

What We’re Looking For

• B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ownership mindset: ability to self-manage and focus on results.
• Strong organization and discipline.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Ambition and motivation to exceed targets and contribute to Maite.ai’s growth.
• Interest in AI and its impact on the world.
• Optional: Legal background or experience in the legal sector.
• Optional: Network of contacts in law firms, consultancies, or corporate legal teams.
• Optional: Experience with CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
• Optional: Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
