Do you want to work as a Member Experience Host at The I / O?

The Member Experience Host is a central part of the Member Relations Team, ensuring that our community has a premium experience when visiting the club. We are looking for someone who is service-minded and has experience within hospitality. This position is on a rotating shift basis, including morning, night, and weekend shifts.

Main responsibilities

• Identifying members' needs and responding to their requests.
• Staying informed about available services.
• Presenting information to members and potential new members.
• Assisting members with the registration process.
• Arranging reservations for classes and personal training sessions.
• Responding to email and phone inquiries.
• Processing payments.
• Resolving customer inquiries and assisting with inquiries.
• Opening and closing of the club.

The successful applicant will be someone with :

• Previous experience as guest relations / receptionist / hostess.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; multilingualism will be considered an asset.
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working experience in luxury establishments and an international environment will be highly valued.
