Who We’re Looking For:

1. Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and take ownership of their career growth.
2. Minimum 1 year in a sales role (B2C – B2B – SDR – BDR).
3. Experience with metrics, targets, and KPIs is beneficial.
4. A proactive mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships.
5. Relocation Ready: A willingness to relocate to Malta and commit to a long-term career with Archer Recruitment.
