We are currently looking for a Bilingual Office Manager (English & Spanish).

The Role:

As an Office Manager, you will have an integral focus on three key areas: front desk, administrative human resources tasks, and VP assistance. You will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting daily administration, and coordinating project logistics. A proactive, independent, and multifunctional profile is required, with the ability to continuously improve processes and the work environment.

We need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager, handling both office management and HR operations tasks.
  • Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring organization, maintenance, and efficient functioning of the reception area for a team of 40 people.
  • Assist the CEO with daily operations, manage schedules, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating daily tasks: schedules, meetings, and travel for teams and directors.
  • Organizing internal events and team activities, both in-person and virtual.
  • Controlling office budgets and handling related invoices and payments.
  • Supporting the management of the employee lifecycle, including documentation, record-keeping, leave requests, vacations, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Coordinating employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and effective integration experience.
  • Collaborating in the implementation of wellness and organizational culture initiatives.

What we expect from you:

  • +5 years of experience in digital environment, Start-ups or Agencies (Marketing or similar).
  • Strong skills in managing administrative and organizational processes, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Experience in event coordination and logistics (digital event experience is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, English and Spanish both verbal and written. Catalan is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team while maintaining an organized and positive environment.
  • “Hands-on” approach, willing to be directly involved in all operational tasks.
