The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy and education. In the framework of Peris Go Europe Project “Go-INTERNATIONAL - Lideratge internacional de la Unitat de Projectes d’ISGlobal” (SLT028/23/000037) funded by the Ministry of Health, Government of Catalonia, ISGlobal is seeking an experienced project manager to provide support to the preparation of international grants and fellowship proposals coordinated by ISGlobal. S/he will provide support to researchers, especially to the junior group leaders, and organize the pool of Project Managers that works in the institution to favour sharing of best practices tools and templates.
- Provide support for managing coordinated proposals during the preaward phase and ensuring timely inputs and contributions:
- Contribute to organize the existing pool of Project managers (Investigator’s team members) to:
- Contribute and lead the preparation of a MSCA or COST Action for the Projects Unit to promote the internationalisation of the Projects Unit members. Have their own resources for short stays, exchanges, courses, etc.
- Provide grant writing support during the process of preparation of coordinated proposals for European and other international consortia and highly-competitive fellowships such as ERC and MSCA:

The selection process is designed in two phases:
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.
2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process.
