At Salas Montalvo, we are looking for a Country Manager for a multinational company headquartered in the Benelux, with a presence in 35 countries, to lead its Spanish branch.
This role is crucial for growing the company’s business in Spain, in line with a highly ambitious group strategy. The Country Manager will be responsible for defining the strategy and go-to-market approach, as well as leading and developing a motivated and skilled team that makes a difference.
The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant experience leading sales teams in B2B / B2B2C environments, ideally targeting the automotive, construction and industrial sectors.
Demonstrable previous experience in sectors where technical selling and product demonstration is required. Must be a strong motivator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a hands-on mentality, where being close to account managers and customers is key to success.
Fluency in English (C1+ minimum), both spoken and written, is required. A good command of French will be an advantage.
