We are currently looking for a motivated Norwegian-Speaking Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work 2 days a week on-site at our modern offices in Barcelona and 3 days remotely from home. For candidates relocating to Barcelona, we offer a comprehensive relocation package, which includes flight tickets and accommodation assistance, to make your transition as smooth as possible.

In this role, you will represent world-class Google products, engaging with Norwegian-speaking customers and helping them find the right solutions for their business needs. Whether you have prior sales experience or are just starting your career, we provide full training and a supportive environment to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers in the Norwegian-speaking market, introducing them to Google products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on how Google solutions can benefit their business.
  • Support senior sales representatives in managing the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of Google’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and other internal teams to provide comprehensive support for customers.
  • Accurately track customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems to ensure timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Google products, features, and market trends to ensure you provide the most relevant information to customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent Norwegian speaker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good level of English for internal communication and training purposes.
  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required – we provide comprehensive training for candidates at all levels.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about Google products and how they can benefit businesses.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus but not mandatory.
