What We’re Looking For

• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a Definitive Plus.
  
• Previous experience in a Similar Role in a Luxury Hotel Environment will be Advantageous.
  
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with Exceptional Knowledge of Hotel PMS Systems, specifically Opera.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to consistently Exceed Expectations in Dynamic and Fast-Paced operational environments.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage seamlessly with Guests, Pacha Family Members, and stakeholders.
  
• A Proactive Approach, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
  
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the Operational Requirements of Destino Five Ibiza.
  
• Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists guests with an Authentic, seamless Check-In and Check-Out experience during the Nighttime hours, ensuring every Arrival and Departure is Memorable and Effortless.
  
• Responds promptly and professionally to guest Enquiries via phone, email, and in person, delivering Irresistible service that reflects our Soulful and Immersive Pacha Vibe.
  
• Handles Bespoke guest requests with Flair, from booking taxis and wake-up calls to offering Game-Changing restaurant recommendations.
  
• Provides accurate and dynamic information about The Pacha Group’s limitless offerings, services, and Ibiza’s electrifying local Hotspots, ensuring guests are always In the Know.
  
• Addresses and resolves guest concerns with Discretion, Professionalism, and a Fearless Commitment to Exceeding Expectations, ensuring each interaction is Transformative and Magnetic.
  
• Prepares detailed Handover Reports for the morning Reception and Front Office teams, capturing all Noteworthy overnight activities with Clarity and Precision.
  
• Reviews and updates guest reservations, guaranteeing Accurate records and Seamless transitions for the Morning Team.
  
• Performs precise End-Of-Day financial reconciliations and Flawlessly closes the cash register, ensuring all transactions reflect the inimitable Standards of the Pacha Group.
  
• Monitors access during the night, upholding Unmatched Security Standards and Safeguarding the thrilling atmosphere of our Iconic Destination.
  
• Conducts routine Security Checks Patrol of Destino Five Ibiza’s premises, ensuring a Safe and Energetic environment throughout the night.
  
• Manages Emergency Situations with a bold, calm, and decisive approach, including Fire Safety and Evacuation procedures, always prioritising the well-being of our guests and team members.
  
• Swiftly identifies and reports Maintenance Issues or Urgent Repairs, ensuring Destino Five Ibiza’s exquisite facilities remain at Peak Performance.
  
• Documents incidents with Meticulous Attention to Detail, ensuring Clear and Effective communication with all relevant departments and maintaining our Industry-Leading standards.
