Job Title : Senior Sales Manager – Flavors (Food, Pet, and Feed Markets)

Location : Southern Spain (Remote / Home-Based with Extensive Travel)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This role focuses on driving sales of flavors and ingredients into the food, pet, and feed markets across international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a hunter mentality, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

This is a remote / home-based position with a preference for candidates located in Southern Spain. Extensive travel across EMEA and other international markets will be required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the food, pet, and feed markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging a hunter mindset to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the flavors, ingredients, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of selling into the food, pet, and / or feed markets.
  • Experience selling into international markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) across EMEA and other international markets.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) are a plus.
