Your Role: We are looking for a hands-on, team-playing individual with strong people and analytical skills to join our team as a Field Product Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your role is to build and execute the marketing strategy holistically at account level. In this role, you will work closely with the product marketeers, marketing manager and cross-functional partners like market access, digital, medical and business intelligence.

With these partners, you are responsible for the follow-up on account progress, coordinating field and digital channels and surveillance of pharmacy inventory levels. Ensuring proper communication with all internal stakeholders (sales-market access-patient team, digital and marketing team) is part of this role as well as ensuring completion in time and budget.

Responsibilities:

  1. Creating the marketing strategy on the cross-functional areas and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy in the cross-functional teams (Patients-Access-digital) from beginning to end.
  2. Maintaining an up-to-date follow-up of the accounts and their hospital pharmacy inventories together with market access.
  3. Conducting in-depth competitor analyses by generating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
  4. Understanding the business: places where more than two internal stakeholders convey, making sure things are done in the right way ensuring successful projects.
  5. Developing and maintaining strong teamwork with all internal stakeholders.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or similar.
  • Required at least 3 years of pharma (or similar) marketing experience.
  • Desirable experience in sales or Market Access.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • English Level: C1.
  • At least 30% of field work is required.
