The company partners with the likes of Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Cisco, and they are looking for a Network Security Engineer to join their team as a Palo Alto specialist.

You will be the frontline expert for network security, delivering 2nd & 3rd level support to major enterprise clients across Europe, resolving complex security incidents and ensuring their infrastructure stays protected, deepening your expertise in Palo Alto networks.

You will act as the technical bridge between clients and senior escalation teams, escalating critical issues to Palo Alto TAC teams, and collaborating on proactive security improvements by identifying recurring issues, proposing enhancements, and helping shape long-term security strategies for your clients.

Responsibilities

• Complex escalations & deep troubleshooting of Palo Alto Networks
• 2nd & 3rd Line support for global accounts across Europe using tools such as Panorama
• Implement & Configure Palo Alto Network Security Devices
