The Network Manager is the person in charge of managing the Punto Pack network in his geographical area, in a total way, registrations, cancellations, onboardings and day to day management, assuring the quality of the network, as well as the satisfaction of the same. In this case we are talking about the provinces of Malaga, Granada, Almeria and Murcia.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Approve all deals signed by the procurement team (SDR) regarding the location, potential and characteristics of the business to be included in the network, you are in control.
- Carry out the onboarding of all the new points that join the network, to ensure their correct operation.
- Manage incidents during the first weeks of activity of the new points.
- Prevent an increase in churn in your network, always trying to optimise the operation of your points.
- Manage network cancellations, closing the point's functions according to the process. As well as replenish the point, to ensure the satisfaction of the final customer, having a Pack Point in the same area.
- Find potential business in your area, which have not been identified by the SDRs.
- Quarterly Account Management of their points, through physical visits, phone calls or video calls, ensuring a good level of satisfaction of the network.
- Establish the necessary strategic initiatives to continue innovating or optimising current processes and improve the satisfaction and efficiency of the Punto Pack network.
- Comply with the reports established by the Area Manager.
- Acquisition of APM points (lockers) in the assigned area in case of potential or if required by the director of the department.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- 3 or more years in a similar position to the one offered.
- Highly proficient in CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot or Salesforce).
- Highly proficient in Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel (usually up to 3-4 days away from home in specific seasons).
- Commercial and communication skills.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Follow-up of established processes and feedback of improvements through the right channels.
- Customer and results oriented.
- Ability to prioritise and organise your work in multi-tasking environments.
- Great team player.
- Driving licence valid in Spain.
- University degree preferably in administrative areas.
- English B2, Portuguese is a plus.
