1. Support Swedish speaking Netflix subscribers
2. Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
3. Answering how-to questions about payment
4. Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
5. Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix

Job requirements:

1. Excellent Swedish language skills
2. Fluency in English
3. Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
4. Computer knowledge/tech savviness
5. Being a TV shows fan (or even a Netflix subscriber) will be considered as an extra asset!
