About The Role:
This position will report directly to our local HR Manager in Valencia.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an HR Generalist, your main functions will be:
- Coordinate, implement and monitor learning and training activities: identify and analyze learning needs, design, and execute the annual training plan, management of the FUNDAE platform to provide reimbursement for training courses as required.
- Ensure and monitor monthly budget allocation and adjustment.
- Participate in the development of career pathways for employees, providing support to managers and supervisors in Performance Review and career conversations.
- Participate in job fairs and events at Universities and High schools, being a Zim
Vie Ambassador and establishing strong relations. - Participate in the design and local implementation of Global and EMEA HR projects (Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, DEI, Well-being).
- Create and maintain documents from Quality Management System, as well as job descriptions, and employee files.
- Maintain and update employee and employment data in Success
Factors (Learning Management System, Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goals). - Act as an HR partner for employee related topics, providing training and advice to team members and managers on day-by-day issues.
- Provide support in other HR activities and projects, such as payroll, compensation and benefits, employee and time management, gender equity plan, internal communications, employee events, Health & Safety.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business, or any related field. Postgraduate studies in Human Resources will be a plus.
- Relevant experience in Human Resources, in a generalist role is preferred, especially with proven experience on key areas such as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, and in a fast-paced, multinational environment is desired.
- Strong literacy in MS Office (Excel). Success
Factors will be a plus. - Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate to different levels within the organization.
- Demonstrate a strong confidentiality and diplomacy, as well as an interpersonal sensitivity to establish profitable professional and personal relationships and partnerships, both inside and outside the organization.
- Be open to new experiences and ideas, think out of the box and look beyond conventional approaches by means of innovation and creativity.
