Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality visual motion projects consistently.
2. Determine the layout and placement of text and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
3. Develop assets based on project briefs, ensuring alignment with objectives.
4. Review final designs and provide recommendations for improvements.
5. Collaborate with the design team to maintain company standards and creative direction.
6. Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphics projects.

Requirements:

1. Native or fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level), with strong written and spoken communication skills.
2. Proven expertise in conceptualizing, developing, and executing motion design projects.
3. Experience designing and producing both print and digital graphic pieces, including banners, cards, brochures, and social media assets.
4. Strong proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Solid understanding of graphic design principles to enhance visual communication.
7. Highly creative mindset with a strong ability to innovate and think outside the box.
8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
9. Adaptable, open-minded, and a cooperative team player.
