Your Responsibilities :

• Intune Device Management : Configuration, policies, scripts, and compliance for Windows, MAC, iOS, and Android devices.
• Device Imaging : Manage SCCM Task Sequences, Intune Autopilot, and manufacturer image management.
• SCCM Management : PE image creation, task sequence scripting, task sequence variables, PXE, and SCCM distribution.
• Autopilot : Reseller registration, group tags, Azure Active Directory group management, and Windows deployment.
• Apple Business Manager : Reseller registration, role management, Apple federation, and device revocation.
• Printer Management : Manage Universal Print, YSoft, Uniflow, and cloud printing solutions.

Your Profile :

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Microsoft Intune
• Experience working within a global enterprise on deploying and supporting global projects
• Good knowledge with Autopilot
• Knowledge in Active Directory, Cloud Printer Management of advantage
• Knowledge in SCCM / MECM
• L3 Ticket Management : Skilled in handling complex support tickets
• Strong collaboration & teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an agile set-up
• Fluent level of English both written and spoken
