We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Manager to lead our Technology, Innovation and Delivery department.

Key Responsibilities :
- Technical oversight: Manage and optimize IT solutions that integrate logistics workflows, ensuring seamless operations.
- Leadership & Management: Oversee the Technology, Innovation and Delivery department, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of medical devices.
- Logistics expertise: 10+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain functions.
- Project management: Ability to deliver projects in a timely manner ensuring successful results.
- Process improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Stakeholder communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including public administrations, healthcare providers, patients, and suppliers, to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer support management: Oversee the customer support service to ensure patients receive timely and effective assistance with their medical devices.
Academic Background :
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or master's degree in business administration would be appreciated.
Required Experience :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing IT solutions and/or logistics/supply chain workflows, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
Skills :
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge in logistics software, IT systems integration, and data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge in supply chain operations and workflows.
- Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards would be appreciated.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows would be a plus.
- Experience with web services implementation would be a plus.
- Experience working with Spanish public administration would be a plus.
