As a Mid-Level Software Developer at Swiftpos Global Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive the company's growth and innovation. This is a full-time role, and can be remote, or based from our offices in Ortigas Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Write clean, efficient and well-documented code using the latest technologies and best practices.
2. Debug and troubleshoot issues, and provide support for existing software applications.
3. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement new features and functionality.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry.
2. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or C#.
3. Experience with modern web development frameworks and technologies (e.g. React, Angular, Node.js).
4. Understanding of software design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
