Microsoft Systems Administrator.

Objectives:

As a Microsoft Administrator with a focus on M365, you will be responsible for the configuration and administration of our global company's M365 environment, including Entra-ID, Exchange Online and other Microsoft services. You will ensure that all services run smoothly and meet the highest security standards. Your tasks will include managing users, groups, roles, and resources, as well as configuring and monitoring settings and policies. You will also play a key role in the development of this technology field, always keeping an eye on innovations and security aspects.

Functions:

• Administration of M365 Environment: Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 platform, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft services.
• Security and Compliance Management: Implement and monitor security policies (e.g., Conditional Access, DLP) to ensure data integrity and security.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Assist IT support in resolving M365 issues and provide 2nd and 3rd level support for end users.
• Implementation of New Features: Plan and execute updates, rollouts, and new features within the M365 environment to keep the platform up-to-date.
• Training and Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, and train users and IT staff on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.
• Project Work: Support IT projects, such as tenant migrations, integrations, and the introduction of new Microsoft 365 services.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals with 5 years' experience in a similar position in a multinational company (food, energy, environment) with experience in Microsoft Administration or similar role.

• Quality and customer service oriented (methodical, detail-oriented person with professional discretion).
• Results-oriented, initiative.

Requirements:

• Engineering or similar.
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following fields:
• Entra ID (In addition to user and group management, extensive experience with conditional access policies, enterprise and app registrations and Privileged identity management is required).
• Exchange (Online and On-premises).
• SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams/MS Suite.

Additional Requirements and skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Microsoft 365 environment, providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Relevant certifications, such as MS-900 or SC-300 are a plus.
• Pragmatic and decisive mentality.
• Organisational skills, autonomy, versatility, proactivity.
• Clear orientation towards results and continuous improvement.
• Advanced level of English essential (B2-C1). Communication is in English.
