Do you have B2B Sales / Business Development experience and passion for digital marketing? Are you really into internet search engines, SEO, and Search Marketing resources? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Microsoft Advertising Solutions Expert.

About the Role:

Our team provides complimentary onboarding and optimization services to advertising agencies and direct advertisers who utilize Bing, one of the world's largest search engine platforms, for their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping these advertisers maximize their online advertising success through Microsoft Ads.

For new advertisers, we provide platform introductions, education, and the confidence to effectively use the product. For existing advertisers, we focus on improving performance and driving increased investment.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth: The team will be providing continuous coaching by experts, ensuring professional development.

Please note that in order for the recruitment process to start, you need to be an EU citizen, or Schengen zone / EU passport holder, or have a Greek residence permit (providing access to work) or a corresponding certificate of electronic submission (formerly known as "blue paper").

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively contact advertisers from provided leads to promote and sell our free service offerings
  2. Analyze customer accounts and websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization and recommend feature enhancements based on client business objectives
  3. Client retention and reactivation by developing customized marketing strategies
  4. Conduct personalized onboarding and optimization consultations to enhance performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and satisfaction
  5. Manage inbound email and telephone inquiries, primarily from advertisers requesting consultations

What We're Looking For:
  1. English language fluency (written and spoken, C1/C2 level).
  2. Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade, overcome objections, and deliver compelling pitches.
  3. A strong customer-centric approach with B2B experience.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging with business clients.
  5. Experience working with decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a plus.
  6. Adaptability, a quick learning aptitude, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and flexibility.
  7. Familiarity with internet search engines, SEO and Search Marketing resources.
  8. Proficiency in internet browsers and Microsoft Office Suite, along with general technical aptitude.
  9. Knowledge of audience trends, buying technologies, optimization tactics, ad networks, ad serving technology, CRM platforms, and internet advertising pricing models.
  10. A process-oriented, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and customer service-focused mindset
  11. Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and sound business judgment

Working Hours and Location:
  1. On-site position, in our state-of-the-art premises in Piraeus, Greece
  2. Operating hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday (8hrs shifts)
  3. Transportation provided for employees finishing after 10:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Gross salary of €1300
  2. Performance-based bonus of up to €300 per month
  3. €100 monthly transportation allowance
