Mission

Manage projects assigned to the department. Design and ensure that activities related to maintenance and improvement projects of current processes, as well as those associated with the transfer of design, industrialization, and market launch of new Immunohematology products, are carried out with the goal of achieving improvements in our reagents or incorporating new reagents into the product portfolio manufactured within the Diagnostic Division of Grifols (all sites), while maintaining the production and quality standards required by the company.

What your responsibilities will be

1. Develop assigned technical projects: plan, design, and execute experiments in the laboratory or tests in the manufacturing area. Analyse and evaluate results and write technical documentation.
2. Take on the role of project leader when designated as such.
3. Propose, analyze, and implement improvements or modifications to current products.
4. Investigate and solve issues related to existing products and processes.
5. Maintain close collaboration with personnel from other areas involved in the technical performance of the project and participate in project or change management teams as assigned.
6. Perform maintenance, verification, and calibration operations defined for the instruments under their responsibility.
7. Be familiar with and ensure compliance with applicable directives and regulations related to the processes and products resulting from the assigned projects.
8. Be part of project management teams when required.
9. Respect the confidentiality required by the MSS department.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences
2. Between 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
3. Strong observation, analysis, synthesis, and deduction skills.
4. A conciliatory person, adaptable, tolerant, methodical, and reflective.
5. Ability to work in a team.
6. Good organizational skills.
