Meetings / Event Sourcing Manager [XVC-294]

We are seeking qualified and passionate professionals to join our Meeting / Event Sourcing team. Applicants MUST have a minimum of 3 years of Event Sourcing Management Experience, including but not limited to working in Cvent, Contract Negotiation, Request for Proposal (RFP) creation, Proposal reviews, and presentations.

Responsibilities:

1. Submit RFP in Cvent or other platforms depending on the client, based on the program needs.
2. Participate in client and internal qualifying/review calls, as needed.
3. Ensure client KPIs relating to sourcing & contracting are met, including the required cost saving percentage as outlined in the client work instructions.
4. Call and communicate with property sales teams to get all RFP questions answered as well as any necessary supporting documents.
5. Go on site and conduct a site search when necessary.
6. Compile RFP availability reports for meeting manager final review.
7. Provide professional input on destination based on knowledge and expertise.
8. Support the planner with any additional RFP requests.
9. Work with the VP of Sourcing and follow all AMI processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. 3-5 years of Corporate Meeting / Event Sourcing Management.
3. Cvent Certified.
4. Previous remote work experience.
5. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
