• Reviewing and drafting of real estate agreements and contracts
• Preparation of files for signings (deposit contracts, deeds, or leases)
• Control and review of legal documentation for properties (simple notes, requirements, etc.)
• Assistance with legal queries for the commercial team
• Anti-money laundering and data protection compliance
• Regulatory updates

Requirements :

• “Máster de Abogacía” student or fourth-year Law student in Spain
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Internship Agreement
• The ability to work independently and with a diverse group of folks.
• Coolness under pressure and superb organizational skills.
• A love for teamwork and collaboration.
• Skills with IT tools and Microsoft Office, bonus points for Salesforce.
