We are looking for

You should have a consolidating and reliable character, highly self-motivated, who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. You are offering both an understanding of numbers and people. Further key aspects of your profile are :

• At least 2-3 years in a management consulting company or procurement role with a focus on procurement.
• Deep negotiation knowledge and the ability to apply advanced negotiation skills in different strategies.
• Ability to support multiple annual spend cycles with specific examples of addressable spend identified and savings achieved.
• Confidence to engage in internal discussions and win others over through strategically communicated arguments.
• Solid understanding of processes and the confidence to manage projects and people successfully.
• Fluent spoken and written English skills combined with strong communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of ERP and Excel.

Your role in the team

We are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist. This role is focused on implementing procurement processes to identify addressable spend to deliver both savings and strong relationships with new and existing vendors.

It is a highly visible role with a significant focus on business partnering and execution. The role holder will own strategic duties to drive improvements in products and services for the best prices and terms.

Responsibilities :

• Define the purchasing roadmap for different spend categories and areas, supporting both ad-hoc spend as well as significant contracts with key vendors.
• Work alongside other departments covering a diverse range of categories including Marketing (specifically Digital & Offline Media), Tech (SaaS, Infrastructure, Hardware & Licensing), Professional Services & Human Resources, and Global Facilities (Property, Facilities & Services).
• Participate in negotiation practices to deliver maximum value for the company.
• Analyze the current and future spending as well as the current purchasing procedures.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with key strategic suppliers.
• Gain cross-functional trust and respect, and build expertise for strategic categories.
• Identify and drive improvement initiatives aiming to optimize costs while ensuring best quality services.
• Ensure that the procurement process is followed consistently.
• Help to design and implement procurement tools / systems.
